(1) The welfare officer regarding the utilization of the land provided to the free earners and the effectiveness of the programs run for income generation and employment of the free earners and whether the free earners who have received loans according to this regulation have used the loan according to the provisions or not.

(2) According to sub-rule (1), the welfare officer shall regularly submit a report to the Ministry with the true details obtained during the monitoring.
